If any one knows anything about Ameerah, they know that she is passionate about her activism. Last year, while on tour, she aligned herself with Family Violence Prevention Fund headquarters in her native San Francisco, CA, as an activist on the KNOW MORE. SAY MORE. DO MORE. CAMPAIGN.  Wherever she goes she is spreading the word of awareness in an attempt to end the abuse against women in dating relationships, mental abuse, physical abuse, sexual abuse, and reproductive health related abuse. This campaign rings true to Ameerah and is something that she has witnessed first hand in her family. Fueling her fire to eradicate the abuse that often women hold silent.
